Each day real estate transactions become more and more complex, with hundreds of loopholes and minute details that need to be attended to or dealt with. Contracts are multi-paged labyrinths that will make the untrained professional's head spin.

The Concept

You wouldn't want the surgeon operating on you to have to monitor your anesthesia, find his own surgical tools, and regulate your breathing machine while he or she is performing a delicate maneuver.

Ramifications Are Real

While a real estate transaction is not as life threatening as nor complex as surgery, there are very real ramifications to your financial well-being that could negatively affect you for years to come if something were to go wrong. With Neil's team on your side, you can be sure you're in good hands.

The Team

Neil has assembled an elite team of professionals to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks; that no detail is missed in your very important transaction. Each member has a specific specialty and they are highly trained in their respective field. You can be assured that your transaction will flow smoothly

So relax! With Neil coordinating this extremely well-trained team of specialists, you will be assured of a smooth and enjoyable transaction.

Family Is Everything

Neil's family is the focal point in his life. He's a loving husband and devoted father. His wife, Jenny, and their daughter, Natalie, are a never-ending source of inspiration and happiness. Whether it's a day on the Madison Lakes, a day playing on the swing set with Natalie, or watching a Badger football game, Neil cherishes the time he spends with his family.

Growing up with one sister, Neil enjoyed an active childhood with parents who inspired him to work hard to pursue his dreams. "My family is the most important thing to me," he says. "I strive to make sure that everything I do and every decision I make is best for my family." He enjoys the time they spend together and looks forward to the annual family traditions.

The Gift Of A Child

"Life starts over when you have a child," Neil says. "It's a fresh new perspective. It's a blessing from above to see the world through Natalie's eyes. Even the simplest things I used to take for granted now become exciting again because I can experience them with Natalie."

The Respect For People

Neil has never lost sight of the fact that real estate is not about properties, it's about people. "I like to think of myself as being in the business of helping families and individuals achieve their goals, rather than being in the business of just selling houses." Neil understands that everyone has different goals, and it is this for people which gives Neil the gift to best understand the service that people deserve.

Appreciating Mentors

Facing many challenges in life is common, but overcoming them is another thing. For Neil, having mentors that teach you to have a positive attitude will make those hurdles easy. Neil's late Grandma once told him, "It's all in your attitude. If you have a positive attitude, positive things will happen." At the time, Neil was too young to understand this. Now, not only does Neil believe this, he practices it in his everyday life.

With the guidance of his 'great mentor', Don Gasper, Neil has grown to new heights. Don, a grandpa-like figure to Neil, has given him a new outlook and appreciation for life and for the things we are blessed with. Everything has its ups and downs, but if you maintain a positive attitude ... you will succeed.

Entrepreneur At A Young Age

As a senior in high school, Neil accomplished a very hard feat. He started up and ran a successful business. After winning the conference championship, in his senior year of football, the team decided to order t-shirts. Neil took the challenge head-on of designing, printing and selling the shirts ... all while raising money for the sports booster club. After 2000 shirts were sold, Neil decided to open a printing 'factory' in his parents' basement. A year later he had a full-service sign, screen printing, and embroidery company off the ground and running. It was then that Neil knew he was meant to be an entrepreneur. After six successful years in business, Neil decided to take his business skills to helping clients buy and sell real estate.

Dedicated To Deliver Results

Neil's first slogan when he started in real estate was 'Dedicated To Deliver Results,' and he meant it! Working a full day, studying books and websites at night, and taking classes on the weekend, Neil began to learn the ins and outs of the business. He worked hard obtaining the knowledge necessary to guide his clients in the best direction. People know him as someone who does what it takes to get the job done. More importantly, they know him as someone who truly cares about making positive difference in people's lives.

Making The Right Move

Neil takes great pride in achieving top status of his peers, but he takes more pride helping a family fulfill their dreams. No matter what your needs, Neil takes the time to understand those needs and works tirelessly to help you reach your goals. When you want to make the most of your next move, spend a few moments talking to Neil and discover why he has been such a positive influence to so many clients and is dedicated to delivering results!
It's 4 a.m. on Saturday morning, the moon is setting and the sun is just coming over the horizon. The donut and newspaper trucks are just heading out for their routes. It is at this time on Saturday you will find Casey James driving down the beltline. What is it that makes him get up so early on a Saturday morning?

Beginning Down the Path

Since Casey was 6 years old, he has had a passion for radio. Every night, before he went to bed, he listened to a.m. talk radio. He was fascinated by the technology, the idea that one could hear someone who was miles away through a small clock radio. An ambition to be a part of the "theater of the mind" eventually consumed him. So, after graduating high school it was on to Broadcasting School of Minneapolis. Working at many radio stations throughout the years, Casey found Madison, Wisconsin to be home. Today, you can hear him on Newstalk 1310 WIBA AM and ESPN 1070 Saturday mornings as he broadcasts the day's news and sports.

The Path Leads To ...

This passion for radio found him a career in real estate. After working with Neil during a show on WTDY, Neil invited Casey to join him and others for a day of boating. Like so many that have the pleasure of meeting Casey, Neil and he soon became good friends. Shortly after that, Neil hired Casey to become his first licensed assistant, where he has continued to work hard to make sure all of our clients' needs are taken care of.

Casey loves the fact that the members of The Mathweg Team are not only co-workers, but great friends as well. He enjoys meeting new people and spending time with his friends. He is so personable and approachable, no one on the team would be surprised if you have already met him at some sort of function or event. When Casey is not holding down the fort, he enjoys biking, hiking, golfing, playing guitar, photography, and drawing.

So, next time you are up on Saturday morning, tune in to Newstalk 1310 WIBA or ESPN 1070 and listen to someone who continues to fulfill his lifetime passion.
It's the moment that he cherishes. A new days sun creeping across the dew-drenched blades of grass. The peaceful silence interrupted only by the cool morning breeze. It's this moment the club strikes the ball. It's that feeling, Ben says, that keeps him coming back time, and time again to the golf course. And it's the same feeling he gets when he sees the smiles on the faces of his clients, once he's helped them realize their dream of owning their perfect home.

Beginning Down the Path

Ben Oblizajek moved to Madison in the Fall of 1994 to attend his first year of college at the University of Wisconsin. He was instantly hooked on the beauty and the life of the area. After sorting through a few different majors he found that his interests lied in Communication Arts. Working at odd jobs, he put himself through school and graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree at University of Wisconsin. Once out of school, Ben could not leave the city he had grown to love so much over the last four years. He took a job in property management and started down a three year path that would ultimately lead to his career in real estate.

Where the Drive Comes From

Ben dedicates his success and strong drive solely to his family. His mother worked hard at home to raise Ben and his two younger sisters. She instilled in them a strong moral upbringing and pushed Ben to search for the things he is passionate about, and to pursue them with all of his energy. His father worked tirelessly outside of the home. He gave Ben a strong work ethic, and a "never quit" attitude that drives Ben to new professional and personal heights everyday.

Loving What You Do

Sports take up much of Ben's free time. Whether it's golf, Badger football, downhill skiing, skydiving, or anything along those lines, and maybe even a few outside of them, he participates or follows them with great enthusiasm. His passion for sports is surpassed by his passion for finding his clients the home of their dreams. The same concentration that he uses to eye up a putt on the green, is the same concentration and focus he brings to the table every time he meets with his clients. The same thrill he gets from skydiving, is the same thrill he gets from closing the deal on his clients perfect home. To Ben, they are one and the same. His free time, and his career. He loves what he does, all the time.

The People

The people and the area. Those are the reasons that keep Ben coming back day after day. His favorite aspect of his career are the people he gets to meet and grows to know. "To be apart of finding a family their perfect home," Ben says, "I'm not sure I can think of anything that tops that. To meet someone new and sit down with them. To get to know them, and listen to what they're looking and hoping for. To find that perfect home, and help make it possible for them to call theirs. To make one of their dreams a reality is just an awesome experience." Madison and the surrounding area is another highlight for Ben. "The diversity of the area, the businesses, the opportunity...all of these and the unbelievable beauty of the scenery and landscape makes this area a wonderful place to live." He sells homes here, because he loves to live here.
Kevin is the neighbor that everyone goes to when they need help moving the old furniture downstairs to make way for the new, knows the neighbors' dog's name, is there for the impromptu night by the fire pit with friends…will give you the shirt off his back. He defines this cliché; some probably think he is the reason for its existence. This positive attitude carries from his personal life into his professional life.

The Family Man

The flexible schedule of a realtor allows Kevin to balance all the passions in his life namely his wife, Amy, and daughters, Sydney and Skyler. The Son and husband of teachers, Kevin recognizes the importance of education and giving back. As a frequent volunteer at his daughters' schools, including weekly teaching to his daughter's elementary class as the Junior Achievement Volunteer, Kevin is a hands-on Dad. He has also coached basketball and softball for his girls and is a Sun Prairie Piranha Swim Team board member. Whether it's at school or in sports, Kevin is always there to cheer and encourage his girls (and others) to do their best, think positively, and have fun!

The Sports Enthusiast With The Winning Attitude

As a loyal and undying Packer fan, Kevin can talk football (or golf or running or bowling or swimming or racing or….) with anyone! He relies on many of the lessons learned from sports to succeed. He believes in the power of teamwork and is a competitive player in the industry. He has the drive, ambition, and knowledge to be a winner. Kevin will go the extra mile to ensure top performance and will not quit until he has made his clients happy thus “winning” the challenge of finding the perfect home.

The Realtor

Nothing speaks more of Kevin's competence, customer satisfaction, and expertise in the industry than the 2006 honor of being recognized by the public as the “Best of Sun Prairie”. As a former General Manager of Red Lobster, Kevin was well trained in the art of customer service. He relishes in the thought of helping make a friend's dream come true. His strong work ethic, sense of fairness, and formidable integrity has all contributed to his well-respected reputation with colleagues in the field. Even competitors describe him as trustworthy, intelligent and approachable. Kevin's business management Degree from CSUSB combined with 10 years in the industry has made him an incredible asset to the Mathweg Team. Kevin particularly enjoys working with buyers as they search to find the home of their dreams. His personable, friendly disposition makes the time spent together comfortable and relaxed. He considers every client he has worked with his personal friend and ally (as he is to them). Past Clients would identify him in the same way.
